The beginnings of a Junior Robotics Club.

September 20th, 2006

My son loves to build and since moving to Texas I’ve been searching for a Robotics Club for him to join. Everything I’ve found in the area has been for older children, so I decided we would start our own Junior Robotics Club. I posted a message to a local homeschool group and received more replies from interested parties than I could use. The club will be a Junior First Lego League club. We had our first meeting today, which was basically just a get together here at our house to get acquainted with everyone. I fully admit I don’t know what I’m doing . . . but I’m hoping at 42 years old I can keep up with a bunch of 7 and 8 year olds. :-)

Great anatomy lesson for the kids at BodyWorlds.
