It was only yesterday that I mentioned the book I found which included photos of dissections and the kids actually enjoyed it. Today I happened to stumble across THIS site on the Internet where preserved fetal pigs ready for dissection can actually be ordered. OK, so I guess that is cool. My kids would be fascinated with this. I am debating whether or not I would have the nerve to do it. My sister is the biology major, maybe I can get her to do it with them? For me the main thing is that if they have an interest I want to fuel it and also I don’t want them to pick up on my feelings of “yuk” and for it to turn them off of it as well.

Even if you have no plans to dissect animals the Home Science Tools site is great for other science ideas as well.
